At your first appointment
You and your Acupuncturist will discuss what it is you need, your level of comfort, your concerns, and goals. This is where we put together all the information about you.
A treatment plan
will be formed, how often, how many, what style of Acupuncture, and what is going to sincerely work the best for you based on your lifestyle, and time.
You'll be asked to undress to your comfort level
You will be laying on a memory foam, warmed fleece table, covered by a slightly weighted blanket, with just the area exposed being worked on. I constantly check to make sure you are comfortable and for permission to perform the next task, while letting you know what I am doing and why. Treatments on lower limbs only can be performed fully clothed.
At the end of your session
Your Acupuncturist will conclude the session with a reminder of lifestyle changes, mindset and exercises
Registered Acupuncture is covered
by most private insurance companies. We offer direct billing to most third party insurance companies. We also accept MSP and ICBC

Diploma in Sports Massage
During my travels as a snowboard instructor, and massage therapist, I discovered Acupuncture. I was amazed by its effects, and a year later enrolled for school. It truly is a body, and mind healing opportunity. Combining this ancient medicine with modern therapies is a fascinating journey, and it is an honour to hold the space for people to overcome their pain. From depression to diabetes, post knee replacement care to recovering from a car accident or even boosting fertility to eradicating addictions. I do my very best to support, integrate, and guide your healing in a kind, safe and professional environment.
When I am not doing further education for Acupuncture, and Emergency Medical Responder credits, I am practicing free diving, and enjoy mountain biking, backcountry snowboarding.
