How does
massage therapy help me?
Benefits of registered massage therapy include:
Reduce muscle pain and tension
Improve muscle and fascial mobility
Promote soft tissue healing
Aid in relaxation
Increase blood flow to muscles
Aid injury prevention
during a Registered Massage Therapy treatment
At your first appointment
your massage therapist will begin with an assessment to go over any injuries, areas of concerns, or other treatments you’re currently receiving
We will then put together a treatment plan
based on your needs which will include how often you should get massages and when she (or your chiropractor) will assess your progress
You’ll be asked to undress to your comfort level
but you will be covered by sheets at all times other than the areas being worked on
At the end of your session
your massage therapist may prescribe exercises to promote your mobility and pain relief
Registered massage therapy is covered
by most private insurance companies. We offer direct billing to most third-party insurance companies. We also accept MSP and ICBC.

I have always taken part in an active lifestyle since childhood. I was a competitive wrestler growing up competing at an elite international level. I love to discover new ways to challenge my body physically therefore it only seemed natural to pursue a career that involved working with the musculoskeltal system. My passion is the study of movement and anatomy with a focus on functional fitness, ultimately to prevent injury and gain a healthy fit body for life. This is a fully engaged way of life for me. I also like to pursue continuing education in order to provide the best possible care and guidance for my clients.
I enjoy spending my free time getting outdoors, primarily dirt biking, surfing and fishing.
